Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi is a 217-bed acute care institution in Oxford that serves Mississippi’s northern third. Baptist North Mississippi, one of the region’s fastest-growing hospitals, has finished construction on a new hospital at 1100 Belk Boulevard, only minutes from the old one. Baptist-North-Mississippi will be able to deliver even better treatment to patients thanks to the new facility, which will house more than 100 medical and surgical doctors representing more than 30 specialty areas.Â
Patients and visitors can park in the front parking areas of the hospital and near the emergency department main doors. There are disabled parking spots as well as places reserved for expectant moms in the parking lots. Patients and visitors are requested to avoid parking in designated or assigned areas. Remember to lock your car at all times. Please inform Security via the operator or dial ext. 11911 from a hospital phone if you require an escort to your car. The main entrance, as well as the emergency room entrance, is located at 1100 Belk Boulevard. There is a stop signal at the main entrance.Â
A couch in regular patient rooms can accommodate one overnight visitor. Before 10:00 p.m., all overnight guests need to get a permit from the front desk. Please inquire about linens with a member of the staff. To assist keep a pleasant and tidy room, guests should fold bedding each morning. Guests accompanying ICU patients are welcome to stay in the ICU family waiting area allotted to that unit for the night. For your comfort, reclining chairs and linens are provided.
