Additionally, Earlene leaves behind her brother Bobby Taylor of Deridder, Louisiana, and several sisters: Polly Anderson and her husband Russell of Mandeville, Louisiana; Peggy Rozas and her husband Walter of Cottonport, Louisiana; Iletta Schexnyder and her husband Dale of Lecompte, Louisiana; and Janice Redmon and her husband Ronnie of Bunkie, Louisiana.
Earlene was also a grandmother to several grandchildren, including Tyler Hardin of Oxford, Mississippi; Jules Cifreo and her husband Jackie of Thomasville, Georgia; Baylee Bergeron and her partner Dylan of New Roads, Louisiana; Audrey Jarreau and her fiancé Cole of Torbert, Louisiana; and James Cifreo and Alaina Cifreo of Ventress, Louisiana. Her legacy extends to her great-grandchildren, including Kenley Moorehead, Charlotte Bergeron, Caroline Bergeron, Stephen Cifreo, and Kason Jarreau. Furthermore, she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews who cherished her guidance and love.
While Earlene’s contributions were significant, her passing marks a profound loss for her family and the community. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl O. Roberts and Audrey Roberts Coco, and a daughter, Callie Hardin. Additionally, she mourned the loss of her grandson, Blake Moorehead, as well as her sister and brother-in-law, Lawanna and Stuart Ronald, and sister-in-law Sandy Taylor.
A private burial for Earlene Cifreo will take place at a later date in Forest Hill, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to Bayou Chateau Nursing Center in Simmesport, Louisiana, a gesture that reflects Earlene’s lifelong commitment to helping and supporting those in need.
